The condo itself was very nice. It was clean. The location of the condo being a corner unit was a great view, however its the furtherest away from the parking ramp. It seemed like it took ten minutes to get to our vehicle. I would not stay there again for that reason alone. Very inconvenient. The elevators were slow and crowded.The whole property was clean. The beach and water are beautiful. The hot tub and pools were fine. They are very strict about the number of people in the hot tubs. You also cannot have your drink within arms reach in the pools or hot tubs. They are also very strict on parking. We went with a large group and multiple people got text messages with pictures of their vehicles with one tire touching a yellow line. We were instructed to move our vehicles or be towed. We were there the first week of April. It is only a 2 lane road in front of the resort. It took a long time to go anywhere. I'm sure its the time if year. A lot of cops were around, trying to crack down on the partying in PCB. They would be set up mostly by public beach accesses.

Main takeaway, the resort is fine. The resort is family friendly. We didn't love the strict security rules. Booking the condo and the rental company communication was great. Our condo unit was nice. Parking is inconvenient especially for the location of the condo unit we stayed in. Would not go to PCB again that time of year.
